Eco Living Spaces are among the highest specification manufacturers in the industry. The quality of our builds exceed building regulations and we are therefore very selective in the materials that we specify.

Garden annexe cladding

We offer a range of high-end timber, such as Douglas Fir, Oak and high end Red Cedar, to give your building a beautiful, durable exterior finish.

Although the cladding on your garden building does not need treatment and will silver down in time, we also offer a choice of specialised exterior wood oils (with UV protection) and also stains to lift and maintain the colour and grain of the wood.

Garden annexe flooring

Flooring plays a large part in the look and feel of your garden lodge, and we offer a selection of stylish, hardwearing laminates and tiles.

All flooring options are available in a choice of colours and finishes, having been selected to work perfectly within our garden building system. The laminate and engineered flooring options work well with the under floor heating system that we supply.

Garden office roofing

Tiles weigh up to one seventh of equivalent traditional materials while offering superior protection and benefits.

Our roofing tiles are all 100% natural and recyclable, helping to reduce the carbon footprint of your building. And, with a 40 year weather guarantee, you can be confident that it will offer protection for many years to come. A selection of finishes is available to compliment your build.

Garden office windows and doors

Floor to ceiling glazing, with vaulted ceilings, creates a stunning feature in your garden. High performance windows are available timber or aluminium clad, and bespoke bi-fold doors are placed for light, view and appearance.

Velux windows and sun tunnels are positioned to flood your rooms with light and life, giving you brighter and more comfortable living areas.

Do I need planning permission?

Planning permission is often not required for a garden annexe with eaves under 2.5m in height.
